Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions
- No purchase necessary.
- The prize draw is only open to i) Members of the corporate treasury or finance function in corporations and ii) Employees of financial institutions, system suppliers, consultants, lawyers and accountants who provide treasury and cash management services.
- All entrants must provide a valid work email address. Entries using personal email addresses such as yahoo or hotmail, will be deemed invalid.
- The prize draw is not open to persons under the age of 18, employees of EuroFinance Conferences Ltd. or its affiliated companies or their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this draw.
- Entries must be submitted online at Fastest Treasury Brain Game to EuroFinance Conferences Ltd. by 19:00 (UK time) Friday 1 October 2010.
- By entering this draw, entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Any entry which is incomplete, late or otherwise does not comply with the rules may be deemed invalid in the sole discretion of the promoter, EuroFinance Conferences Ltd.
- Entries via third parties will not be accepted.
- The winner will be drawn on Monday 4 October 2010 under the supervision of an independent observer and receive an iPad with Wi-Fi 32GB (the prize).
- The prize will be delivered within 6 weeks after the draw, to the winner’s work address.
- The winner will be asked to provide proof of employment within the corporate treasury space.
- The winner’s name, county and country will be available from The Economist, 25 St James’s Street, London SW1A 1HG on receipt of a stamped, addressed envelope after the date of the draw until 1 January 2010.
- By entering this draw, entrants agree that if they win the prize, they will participate, without additional payment or permission, in such promotional activities and feature in such promotional material as EuroFinance Conferences Ltd. may require.
- EuroFinance Conferences Ltd. will use entrants' personal details for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with its privacy policy and preferences indicated by entrants when they submit their details.
- No cash alternative or alternative prize is available. In the event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable, EuroFinance Conferences Ltd. reserves the right to offer an alternative prize at its sole discretion.
- The independent observer's decision on the winner and EuroFinance’s decision on all other matters affecting this prize draw are final and legally binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
- EuroFinance Conferences Ltd. will not be responsible for any inability to play the game due to, for example, matters beyond its reasonable control or problems with electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, internet connections, computer viruses, operator errors, etc.
- EuroFinance Conferences Ltd. will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in the competition.
- EuroFinance Conferences Ltd. may at any time issue additional rules or instructions. These are to be read in conjunction with these rules, which are governed by the laws of England.
- EuroFinance Conferences Ltd. reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
