Carl has more than 20 years experience in International tax. Previously he was an International VAT Inspector in the UK, a European tax manager for major MNC based in Geneva and since 2000 he has worked as a Global Structure Alignment specialist for PWC.  Carl leads the Swiss GSA practice and has assisted numerous corporations in designing and implementing principal type structures both inside and outside Switzerland.
