Erik Van den Enden joined Anheuser-Busch InBev in the beginning of 2007 as a Global Financial Risk Manager. Prior to joining AB InBev, Erik held various positions in consulting, finance and marketing within the strategy consulting and telecoms industry. He became Director of Risk Management and Hedging in the beginning of 2008, a position he held until mid 2009. During this period he developed a holistic risk management framework that proved useful during the commodities boom of 2008 and the acquisition of Anheuser Busch by InBev. Mid 2009 he combined risk management with treasury operations and since the beginning of 2010, he is the Treasurer for Western Europe and Central and Eastern Europe, commuting between Brussels and Moscow.
