Frederic joined MSF Switzerland as Finance director in 2004. Before this, he spent over ten years in the audit and consulting industry, mainly with Arthur Andersen and BearingPoint. He is a certified public accountant and holds degrees in political science and communication, from Sciences Po Paris and University Paris-Dauphine respectively.

Médecins Sans Frontières is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation. It provides medical relief to victims of war, disasters, epidemics and other catastrophes in over than 70 countries around the world. A volunteer organisation, MSF relies on private individuals for the majority of its funding. MSF received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1999. MSF Switzerland is one of the five operational centers of the MSF movement, running medical activities in 24 countries, with a total budget close to EUR 110m (2010).
