Speaker profile

Jan presently works as an independent international tax lawyer. He was formerly off-counsel to Van Mens & Wisselink in The Netherlands and prior to that EMEA Tax Counsel based with Omnicom Europe Ltd in London. There he was responsible for the group’s international tax issues outside the Americas and particularly for implementing the first ever pan-European cash pooling strategy for any major group; involving well over 250 companies. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences and author of many articles on international taxation, especially related to financing issues.
