Martin joined Caterpillar in 1989 and has held multiple Treasury positions over these 20 years, including four years in the USA at the corporate headquarters. Prior to becoming EMEA Treasury Operations Manager he was a six sigma black belt for Treasury. In his current role he is responsible for all Treasury Operations in EMEA, more specifically the cash management, foreign exchange and funding of the operations. He is also responsible for the In-House Bank for all the non-US operations.
