Neil became the Treasurer of Alstom Power in January 2010 having spent just over 2 years as Country Treasurer in Switzerland. He was Director of Treasury and Financing in the UK where he was a member of the ALSTOM Group's core team responsible for the implementation and training on IAS 39. He was also Secretary to the Investment Committee of Alstom’s largest Pension Fund. Neil helped set up the Treasury function for the joint venture between Alstom and ABB' s power business. Prior to that he was with ABB in the UK joining from NatWest where he held a number of different roles including PA to the Chief Executive. He has participated in various panel discussions, chaired streams, and co-chaired a conference for Eurofinance as well as helping to teach at their summer school in Cambridge. Since moving to Baden he has become an internal trainer with Alstom University.
