Richard is Treasurer, Operations at Inchcape plc, where he has been since August 2009, responsible for the global Treasury operations of the Group which includes strategy and execution of all Foreign Exchange, Investments and, Cash Management. Prior to that he spent 10 years at Toyota Financial Services where he was the European Head of Treasury and Assistant Global Treasurer. Richard headed the team with extensive Debt Capital Markets, Risk Management and new business activity and had global responsibility for Toyota Financial Services Treasury strategy. Richard started his career at British Airways as a Graduate Trainee where he qualified with CIMA before moving onto work as an accountant in Reuters where he ended up moving into their Treasury team. Richard holds a BA(Hons), ACMA, MCT.
