Bisrat Marcos is the Head of Corporate Finance at TAQA and has been with the company since January 2008. She is responsible for managing TAQA’s corporate finance activities which include managing debt and equity issuances, risk management of the currency and interest rate exposure, as well as maintaining effective communication with rating agencies and lenders.  She was the key contributor in the implementation of TAQA’s central Treasury Management System.

Prior to TAQA, Bisrat was Assistant Treasurer at GE Vetco Gray and Treasury Analyst at Inmarsat, both in London, where she was responsible for liquidity and FX risk management.   

Bisrat has over 10 years of Treasury experience in various industries and holds an AMCT and Cert ICM designation.
