Jan-Martin is Director of Treasury & Funding of Borealis since 2006. He has been working in both banking and industry. Jan-Martin is a graduate from Mannheim University, Germany and a trained banker. He has worked for Bayerische Landesbank before starting his career in Corporate Treasury with VIAG AG (now E.ON). He has been subsequently working in e.g. telecommunications (ONE), airline (SWISS) and petrochemicals (Borealis) industry as well as in investment banking and financial advisory (Babcock & Brown). Jan-Martin has been in finance for more than 17 years and led corporate treasury departments ranking from start up situations over restructurings to mature companies.
