As Director of International Treasury for Henry Schein, Krzysztof (Kris) Filipkowski is a key member of the Company’s dynamic treasury team. Mr. Filipkowski works in collaboration with other Treasury professionals to support the global treasury needs of the Company’s rapidly growing international operations. His responsibilities include ongoing development and restructuring of the Company’s management of worldwide cash, establishment of efficient capital structures, centralization of foreign exchange risk, as well as ongoing management of international banking relations. Mr. Filipkowski also plays a key role in evaluating financing and funding strategies for investment in global markets and for implementing the strategies.

Prior to serving in his current role with the Company, Mr. Filipkowski held a series of increasingly responsible positions, including Senior Treasury Analyst and Manager of Treasury Operations, where he was responsible for Henry Schein’s domestic and international financial management operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Hofstra University and an MBA degree from New York University and is a member of The Association for Financial Professionals.
