Marco is responsible for cash management, credit card management, financial planning & reporting and short term operations. From late 2005 until the end of 2008, Marco was employed by Alitalia Linee Aeree Italiane (the “old” Alitalia”) where he developed a new centralized treasury, a new financial planning model and a new organisation structure. Prior to that, Marco was a treasury analyst at Eni Group (1997-1999) and worked for over 8 years in several management firms such as KPMG, Accenture and BGP. Here he strengthened his skills in finance, organization and IT management.
