Qi Zeng is a qualified Senior Accountant, has a Doctor of Jurisprudence and a Masters of Finance from Peking University and is a visiting scholar at the University of Illinois, U.S.A. She joined ICBC Headquarters in 1994 taking charge of corporate cash management and has since built a wealth of experience in product development and project management.
