Royston Da Costa joined Wolseley in April 2002 as Group Assistant Treasurer responsible for the Group’s Cash Management. He managed the cashflow and foreign exchange issues on significant debt refinancing and tax structure projects as well as the varied daily debt and cash requirements of a large international group. After successfully implementing a global cash pooling structure, Royston was made responsible for Treasury Systems and Development in November 2010. Royston is currently preparing a paper on Wolseley’s strategy for developing their Treasury systems over the next few years. Royston previously worked at Sky, Gillette, and Vivendi Universal since he began his Treasury career in 1989.
