Ruth Wandhöfer is Citi Global Transaction Services Head of Regulatory & Market Strategy in EMEA. Ruth is highly regarded across the industry for her in-depth knowledge of the regulatory, market and competitive landscape and holds a number of influential positions across industry and regulatory bodies.

She recently published her first book on “EU Payments Integration”, is a fellow lecturer of the Pallas LL.M Program in European Business Law and a member of the Editorial Board of the ‘Journal of Payment Systems & Strategy’.
